The Gallery was founded in 2007 and is owned by Nel Luyendyk. The art collection of paintings and sculptures are solely designed and made by African Artists. Their work reflects a generosity and clarity of heart which lies at the core of Nel's personality.
Nel has always been fascinated by the art of Africa, and has developed an impressive realistic technique in her own paintings (African Portraiture) which has a fine finish depth to it. This combined with Nel's unusual compositions make her art contemporary, unique, expressive and very appealing.
